At WTI we view our lease purchase program as an opportunity to develop long standing relationships with business minded company drivers that are ready to take the next step in becoming a business owner. A company driver will be evaluated for 90 days. During this time, his or her overall performance and MPG will determine if this individual is suited for a lease purchase program. WTI wants to ensure that a driver is comfortable with our company and their performance shows he or she is ready to manage their finances and become an owner operator.
